Making A Purchase :
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to £ pound sterling or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule :

We make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped within 24 hours. Availability for every item we stock is usually displayed on our website. When an item is not available for shipping within 24 hours, we will ensure that it is shipped the same day that it has arrived at our main office.

Back Orders :
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges :For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt.

The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us.
e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you need to have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at our Warehouse, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. You'll receive a refund providing your product has not been used or installed.

WEEE "Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment"
What is WEEE?

• The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (2006 No. 3289) (WEEE) is a new UK legislation designed to address the environmental impact of waste electrical and electronic equipment
• The regulations have been put in place to ensure that products are recycled using best available treatment, recovery and recycling techniques to ensure human health and high environmental protection
• Both Digital Fusion and our customers can assist in recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment
• We cannot recycle it unless you return it, so our customers have an important role to play in helping us to recycle
• Digital Fusion will undertake their responsibility as both a Producer and a Distributor to dispose of these goods in line with European legislation

How do I recycle my old products?

• It means that you can return waste electrical equipment to Digital Fusion when you are purchasing a new product from us under our distributer obligations*
• When you have finished with a WEEE product, please do not put in your domestic waste bin, as it will not be recycled
• Please Contact us to arrange a convenient time for you to deliver the old item back to us (at no cost to you)
• Please quote your Digital Fusion product order number and describe the item that is to be recycled
• Please give details of the Pick-up address and convenient times for collection
• Please carefully package any item for collection in advance to avoid transit damage
• We will then deal with the waste product in an environmentally responsible manner, at no cost to you

*It has to be like for like (e.g. a laptop for a laptop, not a TV for a laptop).

The RoHS Directive

The RoHS Directive, also known as EU Directive 2002/95/EG, came into affect on July 1st, 2006.
The RoHS directive mandates that electrical and electronic products put into the European market within EU states shall contain restrictive levels of the following substances:

• Lead (Pb)
• Cadmium (Cd)
• Mercury (Hg)
• Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+)
• Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB)
• Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)

New Electrical and Electronic goods are marked with a crossed out wheeled bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
